We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and growth of our products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our company’s goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, development, and marketing efforts.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product strategy, roadmap and vision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement product features that align with customer needs and business goals
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with market trends
- Define product requirements and prioritize features based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Define and track product metrics and KPIs to measure product success
- Partner with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features
Requirement:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management
- Strong understanding of product development life-cycle and Agile methodology
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Experience in product analytics and data-driven decision making
- Understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Passion for technology and innovation
